Lagoon Villa, Doha, Qatar, 2023

Eacon was contracted to modify the structure of this villa so that the client could enjoy having wide open halls by removing three consecutive columns on the same grid line and transferring their loads to other columns by adding concrete beams. We strengthened 23 other columns; some by concrete jacketing and others with steel jacketing.
