Eacon was contracted to upgrade the structure of this villa so that the client could enjoy having wide open halls by removing nine loading columns and transferring their loads to other columns. We executed the job by expanding some footings, drilling and casting reinforced concrete pillars, connecting some footings with load-taking tie beams, strengthening other columns, and strengthening existing beams.
